Potentially the biggest pain point for the Ragin' Cajun and Cajun's Choice brands was their outdated and often unstable storefront. In my biggest undertaking with the Ragin' Cajun and Cajun's Choice brands, I lead the replatforming of the online store for these two popular brands.

Outdated and unstable e-commerce infrastructure had become a major limitation for both Ragin' Cajun and Cajun's Choice, creating friction in the customer experience and limiting growth. I led a full replatforming initiative in collaboration with Acadian Kitchens, selecting Shopify as the new foundation for both brands. The project included a comprehensive overhaul of site structure, product listings, and brand content to improve usability, stability, and overall performance. The result is a more reliable, modern storefront that better supports both brands’ digital strategy and future growth.
